Introduction

NILDash is a NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deal intelligence platform designed for sports agents and college athletes. It provides tools for managing NIL opportunities, tracking outreach to brand partners, automating deliverable schedules, and communicating directly with sponsors through connected email and calendar integrations.

NILDash is operated by Compton Group LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the NILDash platform at https://mynildash.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Service.

Section 02

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Service:

Account Information

Google Account Data (when you connect Google)

Email and Calendar Content

Usage Data

Section 03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve the NILDash Service:

A business's NIL activity is shown; nobody's deal is. When an agent logs a signed deal, the business may be shown to other NILDash users as "NIL-active". That badge says only that the business has completed an NIL deal on the platform. It never reveals which agent, which athlete, what the deal was worth, what the athlete agreed to do, or any contact details another agent found. Businesses are matched to one another only by Google Place ID or website domain, never by name alone.
Your mailbox stays yours. Email we read from a connected Gmail or Outlook account is used only for the agent whose account it is. A reply from a business never creates or contributes to anything another NILDash user can see.
We do not sell your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Google user data to third parties for advertising or any other commercial purpose.
Section 04

Google API Services

NILDash uses Google API Services, including the Gmail API and Google Calendar API, to enable athletes and agents to send emails and manage deliverable schedules directly from their connected Google accounts.

Compliance with Google Policies. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

Scopes we request. NILDash requests only the minimum scopes necessary:

Disconnecting Google. Athletes and agents can disconnect their Google account at any time from the NILDash dashboard. Upon disconnection, the stored OAuth refresh token is immediately deleted from our database. We will not use revoked credentials to send email or access your calendar.

NILDash's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Section 05

Data Storage and Security

All NILDash data is stored on Railway, a U.S.-based cloud infrastructure provider, in a PostgreSQL database. Railway employs industry-standard physical and network security controls.

We take the following measures to protect your information:

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Section 06

Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jmcompton04@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Section 07

Third-Party Services

NILDash integrates with and relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices:

We share your information with these providers only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. We do not authorize any of these providers to use your data for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Data shared with Google APIs is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy described in Section 4.

Section 08

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
